What's on-chain
The coin, the bonding curve, the fee split, the vault, the payout receipt — every hop is a Solana transaction. The handle is encoded into the fee-split program account, so even if CHEERED goes dark, the vault is still claimable by the streamer.
What's off-chain
Only two things: the Twitch avatar/follower lookup (cached from the public API) and the final sub-delivery call to Twitch's payment endpoint. Both are visible as logs on every receipt.
Where fees settle
Vault addresses are deterministic from the handle hash. You can query any streamer's vault balance directly, with no CHEERED node in the loop.
